Helfer für Ferienmesse St. Gallen gesucht

We received the following request:

2014 is the 150 anniversary for the diplomatic relationship between Switzerland and Japan.

I am the member of the executive committee to organize the events representing Association Suisse-Japon, Section Suisse Romande.

Ferienmesse St. Gallen will take place from 7 to 9 February 2014 as the kickoff event of the year 2014 and the Emassy of Japan in Bern is deeply involved to this fair. The Ambassador Mr. Maeda will be present for the official opening ceremony.

I’m in charge of logistics and therefore asking you to find some staffs among your members and  their network. Here are the detailed information.

• We need 2 information staffs per day,
  • 7 Feb.  11h00 ~ 19h00
  • 8 Feb. 10h00 ~ 18h00
  • 9 Feb. 10h00 ~ 18h00
• Speaking German and English, + Japanese is welcomed
• Male or female
• Any nationalities
• No age limit but over 18 years
• Job description – asking a questionnaire, distributing brochure,  giving general tourism information of Japan
• The candidates living in St. Gallen or close would be appreciate.
